Having issues with your broadband and need some help?

Broadband, especially in rural areas can suffer from a variety of issues that stop you using the full service you are paying for.

Some of these need to be fixed by the phone line provider, others need to be corrected by yourself and if you report the problem as a fault to BT and it is not then you may be charged £130 + VAT for the callout.

While there is no reason that you cannot diagnose these issues yourself it can be somewhat difficult to understand the technical speak that is associated and to gain the knowledge needed to understand what is normal and what is not.

We can help, for £25 we will visit your premises at a mutually agreed time (time slots of 2 hours) and diagnose your broadband issues for you. This will include where required testing with a variety of replacement components to ensure that if the fault is possible for you to solve that this is determined and so if you do need to call BT you are not likely to be charged for the visit. Please note however that we cannot undertake the line tests that BT would run since we are not allowed to do so on their equipment and so if you are sure that the fault is outside your home then you would be best advised to contact BT first and save the cost of our services.

Our website is still being developed but in the meantime if you live in the North East of Scotland and wish our services then please eail us and include the following information
